LOC: Loc (loss of consciousness) means you had a concussion. If there was no loss of consciousness, this would not count as concussion. If no symptoms, no further workup needed. For any weakness, increasing headaches, getting sleepy etc, workup is needed to make sure there is no intracranial bleed.

Concussion?: If you are having symptoms of a concussion, dizziness, headache, clouded thinking, poor coordination, see your doctor. If you are not having any symptoms you do not need to see your doctor.
