How to go about treating the nausea and pain caused by getting head butted in the nose?

Headache: Ice to the nose, rest, laying down on the back, a little tylenol (acetaminophen) and/or advil for the pain and swelling according to the exact directions on the bottle. Should see your doctor for a possible image of the nasal septum if still an issue after 1-2 weeks.
