It shouldn't: see your PCP if you're experiencing nausea from pressure on your nasal bone. It may involve something completely different that needs to be checked out by your doctor. So make sure to have an appointment, and explain when this occurs, what makes it better or worse, and if there's nothing s/he can offer you to make it better, get a second opinion. Nausea is caused usually by GI issues.
