Don't do it: Why not study prior to the exam? It sounds like you know this is coming up. Data is clear that your retention is much better if you get adequate sleep. While you may cram more in to short term memory by pulling an all-nighter, you'll likely offset that retained information by making errors on simple exam questions due to your sleep deprived state. In summary: get enough sleep!
