Not necessarily: Bad nutrition and lack of exercise can impair growth, while good nutrition and moderate exercise permits you to grow to your potential height. Extra weight lifting may increase muscle mass but it will not increase the rate of puberty or final height. Performance enhancing supplements have no benefit either, except to give you extra acne and similar side effects.
