Time for consult: Any male that has not had obvious pubertal changes by 14 and is not then progressing thru puberty should be evaluated by a pediatric endocrinologist. Your PCP may be able to start the process with bone age studies and blood tests while you wait to get in. Your complete hormonal system needs a checkup, and the issue of what if any supplemental hormones can be determined at that time.
