Difficult to answer: Research on drugs/toxins in fetuses is usually 'anecdotal' meaning looking back after the fact. (it would be unethical to experiment on real moms and babies and give them drugs.) so it's hard to conclude what caused what, especially knowing there may be other factors involved (other drugs, alcohol, infections.) there isn't an 'lsd syndrome' well described like fetal alcohol syndrome. Sorry.
