I took lsd 24 hrs ago, i'm still feeling mild effects being brought on by attempting to sleep, is this normal? what should i do?

Yes: This is not unusual after taking lsd, it tends to hang around longer than other hallucinogens. I would expect symptoms to cont to improve over the next 24 hours. So for now relax, but dont take the risk and use it again, you will likely be ok. Sometimes symptoms such as anxiety, flashbacks or panic can linger long after lsd has left your body.
