Both dangerous: Both are dangerous hallucinogens, endangering brain function. Mdma (ecstasy) can also cause physical effects of muscle tension, involuntary teeth-clenching, nausea, blurred vision, faintness, and chills or sweating ; extreme increases in heart rate and blood pressure. Mdma-related fatalities at raves have been reported. Lsd can increase BP and pulse, plus dilated pupils, tremors, nausea, etc.
