Differences: Coma is a state of unconsciousness unresponsiveness. Contusion is a bruise with a bit of bleeding concussion is a state of altered mental status, confusion, disorientation, clouded thinking, difficulty with vision and walking. The individual may have a feeling that they do not recall what happened to them.
