Scoliosis : It is hard to imagine that weight training up to 15 pounds would cause any worsening of your scoliosis. Please do not do anything that makes you hurt. But if you avoid stress over your spine while working out with high reps, and low weights, it is typically only beneficial. Avoid stress over the arm with a muscle injury, but keep the joints moving while not being loaded. That will help your recovery.
