Diagnostic: Symptoms are diagnostic of pots. If not well controlled then increase your salt and water intake, wear support stockings, get up cautiously, and may need meds like midodrine or flourinef. Midodrine increases the vascular tone and keeps blood from pooling in your feet and the other drug is a salt retaining steroid .Recognize signs and symptoms so you can sit and raise your legs to abort an episode.
