See you doctor: These are certainly concerning for cardiac related disorders including heart attack. Pots may also have similar symptoms. When these symptoms arise it would be wise to seek the counsel of your doctor.

May or may not cardi: Can't say for sure need to clarify your abbreviation. CP = chest pain pots = what? If your evaluation has not clarified your symptoms you may benefit from second opinion. It may not be cardiac but may be something else.

Should not worry: Your symptoms sound typical for pots. Significant blockages would be very unusual at your age.
