Yes: You need prenatal care and you pregnancy induced hypertension can be dangerous for you and your twins. Go to er at the hospital with obstetrics department.

ER makes sense!: That BP is very high - how did you measure it? A trip to the er may be a very good idea - you might also call your obgyn to ask advice, but do something asap. Best wishes for getting this treated!
