Go to your doc: headaches, visual changes can be associated with Preeclampsia. While your BP is normal on one occassion, your atypical symptoms are of concern. A set of labs and series of blood pressures can help you determine if you have Preeclampsia on exam. Tylenol may help relieve your symptoms if you have history of tension headaches etc.
