Take Plan B: Yes. Since you did not protect against unwanted pregnancy you should take plan b. Now. Going forward it is very simple to avoid unwanted pregnancies. Birth control is easy to get. Condoms are available. Learning when you ovulate and avoiding semen exposure during the week prior to ovulation. It is easy to avoid unwanted pregnancies.

Yes: Plan b is not perfect .But it will work for most people in your situation. After that, think of a long term method with which you are comfortable.
