Effects may vary: A subdural hematoma is a serious issue. So anxiety, depression, and other cognitive effects can develop both as a result of the original injury that caused the sdh and/or the resulting surgery. If you haven't seen a doctor about these symptoms, i'd recommend doing so and soon. Sdh and post-treatment is not a small matter.

Anxiety: Surgery for a subdural hematoma is always an anxiety producing event so that is normal. This surgery does not usually cause a ringing in the ears and if this persists you might want to consult a ear, nose and throat (ENT) surgeon.
