Sore armpit: If that persists and if you are worried- go to see your gp to have a good exams. It could be from different causes- including -muskuloskeletal pain, or perhaps inflammation from the sweat glands- then causing reactive lymph node irritation that is located deep inside, vs other inflammation etc. Since you are 57 years old-if you have not updated your mammogram this year-then you should get one.
