A member asked:

What kind of food good for a person who have parkinson and what to avoide?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not key: Diet is not the key to managing parkinson's. Most "food choice" advice online is made up. Having parkinson's is difficult enough without well-intentioned people telling the suffer what they can and cannot eat. Stay well-hydrated and avoid becoming constipated.
