Yes: You can use l-theanine. Other calming options are passionflower, kava ( not recommended due to liver toxicity), valerian root, and essential oils with lavender. If you use valerian root, be careful as it can be intoxicating in high doses as i found on a dive trip to fiji where the locals use it to induct you as an honorary member of their tribe. Don't confuse natural to mean weak or benign.
