Can get pregnant: One of your questions is whether you can get pregnant with ovarian cysts. Most ovarian cysts don't change your hormones or ability to get pregnant, except that the egg from the ovary with the cyst may be too far away to get into the tube. How fertile you are depends on your age. The younger you are the more fertile you are. Fertility is more of an issue by later 30's.

Conditions like polycystic ovarian syndrome can negatively effect your fertility. The older you get, the harder it is to conceive. Optimal fertility is around 18-25 years.
