Not really: No palpable lump.Iwill have it checked with your doctor and if indicated you may get ultrasound exam before any consideration is given to do ultrasound.

See your doctor: about the discharge. Bilateral discharge is not likely to be due to cancer, and a mammogram may not be needed. If imaging is warranted, ultrasound would be the modality of first choice.
