Stop; see your doc: Testosterone is a powerful sex steroid hormone and ought to be taken only by prescription. While it is not a corticosteroid it can affect your immune system so it isn't a good idea to take it if you have hiv. If weight gain is the issue there are better solutions. Ask your doctor, and don't take prescription meds without a prescription!
