Sweet's syndrome: Characterized by the presence of white blood cells in the skin. Usually seen in neutropenic patients with cancer (acute leukemia). Present with red or bluish-red papules/nodules/plaques. Commonly at face, neck, and arms. Patients can also have high fevers. Treatment with high dose of steroids. Suggest to see dermatologist.
