Try not to worry!: It is a fact of life that sudden death can occur in outwardly healthy young people. It's very rare, but seems common because many cases make the news. Myocarditis is an infrequent cause, even in people with various illnesses with fever. By far the most common cause of early death is trauma: accident, violence, etc. So try not to worry about your heart -- and don't forget your seat belt!
