Music: Why would you think a child would be bored listening to music? Everyone has a different experience in hearing or listening to music. Thinking is influenced by sensory experience in ways that are hard to quantify, but many neuropsychologists have found that the brainwave patterns exhibited with some classical music are associated with complex organization and learning patterns. Complex topic!

Music to stimulate: This has become a popular activity. There is no way to test if a fetus is bored. It has been shown that music can calm a very active fetus. Using headphones against you abdomen should be sufficient to transmit the music.
