Don t listen : If you have a problem communicating with your doctor , you should talk to him about this or find another doctor is not a good idea to google or find treatments outside of your medical care . Your doctor should manage all your medications and be aware of all the side effects and effects of the medications you are taking

Hashimoto's: 1st off, this is not my specific area of expertise - at 25 u likely have an autoimmune thyroid problem. This can cause ache+swell in hands/feet. Many autoimmune diseases originate in the gut. U should see a gastroenterologist. Until then discontinue wheat-based foods as there has been some evidence non-celiac gluten intolerance may be an issue. Just one thing to consider among many others.
