Swollen fingers: Obviously this is not something we can treat on an online forum you know to be examined to determine the cause of your finger swelling, please call your doctor. The causes of your symptoms are varied, a medication side effect, a neurological problem, etc.

See rheumatologist: Underlying causes could be thyroid malfunction, heart ailments, blood disorders, arthritis, or infections. The doctor to consult for etiology would be rheumatologist. Certain blood tests and possibly imaging studies may be required in addition to physical exam.
