Breath it away.: I agree w dr. Pappas. She really covered the issue overall. I will provider one technique for deep breathing. Inhale slowly through your nose. Fill your lungs with air (but not to the point of discomfort). Hold for a five count. Exhale slowly through an open mouth. Repeat x at least 12. Focus on breathing - not on problems or symptoms.
