I have a deviated septum. diagnosed at age 11 after accidentally being hit in the face with a baseball bat which broke my nose, but undiagnosed till yes later. i have a chronic cough and post nasal drip. is this common?

There is a likelihood of a sinus infection. A course of antibiotics may be indicated. Keep nasal passages clear with nasal saline spray. Avoid possible triggers such as smoke and dust exposure.
