Post Bariatric: Yes. Of course. The only thing is that you will be limited in the amount of food you can eat at any given time.

Yes: U will need to limit how much. The quantity would be what u discussed with ur surgeon/dietician. Don't eat stuff with added sugar as this will lead to badness over time. Also as always, chew ur food/fruit well.
