Exercise on period: Exercise is good for you. Even while on your period, you can continue your training regimen. Make sure to stay hydrated, as it is easier to become dehydrated while on your period. You may also need to allow yourself a little more rest than usual in order to let your body recover. Good luck, and keep going! if you are pregnant, clear it with your doctor.
