Go to ER: X-rays or MRI if needed. Splinting and immobilization of fracture and if not compound fracture the referral to surgeon. Will likely give pain meds too.

See below: Immobilize with splint or similar device and ideally transport to medical facility for evaluation. If facility not immediately available, continue to splint, elevate, ice to reduce swelling and monitor neuro vascular status.
