It will heal, but...: Most fractures will heal no matter what. However, it's best to seek treatment with an orthopaedic surgeon to ensure that the bone heals in an appropriate position. If the bone heals in a bad position, called a mal-union, it may cause pain, joint dysfunction, or lead to arthritis or loss of motion. See a board certified orthopaedic surgeon for an x-ray and treatment. Healing will take about 6 weeks.

Treatment options for forearm fracture?
Severe wrist fracture. Treatment; volar plate, dorsal spanning plate and pins. Pin went through tendon after pinning through radial styloid. Couldn't flex thumb. After dorsal plate and pins removed, can now flex thumb, but with forearm pain. Opinion?
