It all depends: Yes. If his sexual libido is bothering you and he won't discuss it, then getting into a therapeutic situation can be helpful. If he is willing to talk to someone i would hope he would seek a full medical evaluation for his troubles. Men have a difficult time admitting they struggle with libido, even when this is common and easily addressed.
