My advice: NO: First of all, you need to list all your meds. Are you taking any others besides asa? The association of nsaids and cardiac risk is a controversial one. There is little evidence that a 200 (pyrethins and piperonyl butoxide) mg dose of Celecoxib imposes risk. However, i would personally not advise patients to restart Celecoxib after suffering a heart attack at 46 years of age.

You want more troubl: You had a heart attack , you use tobacco, you have high blood pressure. And you want to take a pill that is known to increase heart attacks and coronary artery disease. Why would you do that? Not a recommended medication for you.
