Knee pain: First of all stop squatting if the knee hurts. Fish oils and glucosamine are two that i recommend for joint pain.

Before you: Focus on supplementation, first consider seeing a physiatrist or orthopedic surgeon to determine a cause of your pain. You may also want to consider having a certified personal trainer review your squatting technique.
