Ans: There are many very effective medications for osteoarthritis pain. Now squats can be fine if you are not excessive. 10 to 20 in a session is just fiine

NSAIDS: if not allergic to this class of medicine I would suggest Advil ( ibuprofen) or Aleve (naproxen) ( naproxysn sodium) as directed on a full stomach; however Tylenol Extra Strength ( acetaminophen ) is an s=excellent alternative. You must see and deicide for yourself, which one works best for you.
