Reduced calories: Reduction in calories, restrict simple carbohydrates/sugar, reduction in portions, increased protein, & eating low fat foods all help. Women's health magazine every month has a 1500 cal menu for a day. Collect several issues for variety. I've tried their menus: they taste good and are filling. Eat slowly, drink 2 liters of water daily & substitute iced tea for soda using stevia for sweetener.

Diet : A mindful diet low in unnecessary calories, fats, and carbohydrates will bring about more wight loss than exercise. But both are recommended. Avoid junk food, sodas, sugary drinks.
