Eat less and exercis: There is only one way to lose weight and that is to create a negative energy balance by eating less and burning off more with regular exercise. Of course avoid calorie riich foods(fats, fried foods, oil rich dishes and sugars) and eat more protein rich foods like eggs, nuts, fish and low fat milk and non-fat yogurt.
