Not at all!: Your baby is well protected in her bag of fluid and there is also still a mucus plug in the cervix so there is no chance this medication can get to her. Just be careful with the applicator, don't put it too far inside. Both Monistat and sexual intercourse are safe at this point!

No: Monistat is safe for use in pregnancy. The sac around the baby (amnion) protects against exposure to anything in the vagina, including yeast medication.
