A few suggestions: Start with ginger tea (with ginger powder 250mg) 4-6 times a day. Or, vitamin b6 50mg twice a day or, doxylamine 25mg (unisom sleep tabs) with or without vitamin b6 25 or 50mg, 2-4 times a day of course, your doctor can prescribe anti-nausea medication for you.
