Well, it sounds: Like you need to get seen. If it itches it may be a fungal infection but you may need to get a biopsy taken. Consider seeing your ob/gyn as a first step. Not to alarm you, it may well be nothing, but an enlarging perinatal skin lesion needs evaluation. A dermatologist or a surgeon would be good docs to evaluate as well, they will also b able 2 determine need for biopsy. Good luck.

Fungus vs condyloma: I would urge an evaluation of the area soon. The possibility of fungal infection vs anal condyloma (warts) or even a rare precancerous or cancerous lesion all must be considered. I recommend evaluation by a board certified colon rectal surgeon (www.Fascrs.Com) in your area. Failure to have this promptly evaluated could result in a serious or potenially fatal disease or being ignored.

See your doctor: Is it itching? Any history of constipation or hemorrhoids? Any vulvar irritation? It could be atrophy or thinning of the tissues that can lead to precancerous conditions or hpv. Have your doctor check it and consider a biopsy of it.
