Is it ok to just take adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) xr 25 mg for three days an off for 10 an start back i do.that because of the side affect?

Talk to Your Doc: There should be a better way of dealing with side effects --- maybe another medication or adjusting the dose. Since add effects all of your life domains --- not just work & academics but social & other functional interactions as well, you wouldn't want to have just part-time coverage of your symptoms. Btw, it wouldn't hurt to pick up some skills from a cognitive behavioral therapist as well.
