So adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) don't have to be taken for my body to get use to it or past the side affects i heard it takes time to get use to it?

Body adjusting.: Don't know what type of side effects you are experiencing or what your dose is. I usually start with a low dose and then work up.This allows the person's body to get used to the medication and many side effects do resolve. However, that is not always the case.

Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) side effect: Most people taking Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) do not experience side effects. Most will pass in about a week. However, if you continue having side effects for more than 2 weeks, i would see your prescriber for an alternative medication.
