I do not know: Some people can get asymptomatic bacturia. There are a few tests a urologist or your family dr. Can order to asses your urine and urinary tract, to assure there is no other serious causes, and once they are ruled out, as stated, some people just get bacteria in their urine and have no symptoms. On occasion, they may not even need treatment, just monitoring periodically. Good luck.
