Weight : I am not aware of medical scale with such measurement. I think most logically would have been for you to inquire the person who did the measurement as she was most likely trained in reading that scale. For us, it's a pure guess what those #s may mean.

Just add them: If i understand your question, you used a "balance beam scale" (google it), with weights on 2 metal "beams". To find your total weight, you add these numbers together. 150 + 28 = 178 lbs. The bottom beam is heavier and gets you roughly to your weight, then the top beam is for adding small amounts of weight to get to your exact number.
