A blackhead?: Hopefully a dermatologist will also reply, but till then: it might be a blackhead which i believe is not a major problem unless it becomes infected from too much irritation and dirt getting into it. Pores that are larger than normal collect debris and appear darker than others. Gentle cleansing and then an astringent used in moderation may slowly tighten up the pore so it stops collecting dirt.
