Uncontrolled Diabete: If your blood sugar is between 300-400 that means you have uncontrolled diabetes and likely need Insulin to bring the blood sugar down at least for now. Sometimes people are worried about not being able to stop Insulin but once the sugars improve it is possible with changes in diet and exercise to be able to control the blood sugar with pills. Also see an endocrinologist. Dm specialist.
