Actos (pioglitazone): Your question is not clear. I am assuming your child swallowed an Actos (pioglitazone) tablet as an accidental ingestion.. Probably no harm done with one tablet, but look out for symptoms of hypoglycemia such as drowsiness, sweating or possible seizure.
